Here are the most often asked questions people have about our design service.

Q. How does the process work?
You can choose the package that is suitable for your needs and for your budget. After you make a choice and a payment via Paypal, you will be redirected automatically to a web page where you can fill out the form for your design specification. We will contact you and send you the first preview ASAP (usually within 2-3 days).

Q. What if I'm dissatisfied with the design ?
In the event you're dissatisfied with your design, we will offer you One Free Revision. But once the design is final and you have accepted it, no further revisions are available, unless it's very small.

Q. How long will it take to design one eCover or Minisite?
Our turnaround time varies according to our schedule and the package that you've chosen. Usually for a small package, we need 4-6 days to finish it. The big packages usually take 12-16 days to finalize the design. If you have a lot of changes or revisions, it will take longer than the standard turnaround time.

Q. Which are your business days?
Our standard business days are Monday - Friday. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays. Sometimes, though, we may work weekends to handle project overloads.

Q. How we can communicate each other during the design process?
We offer email or instant messaging for communicating, but prefer email to gather each others' ideas.

Q. How do you deliver the finished project?
We deliver the finished project via our own hosting, and you can simply download the files. To reduce file sizes, we will use .zip or .rar file compression.

Q. What kind of file formats will I get later ?
• The template will be delivered in HTML and CSS files.
• The images commonly will come in JPG or GIF, but if you have another request for formats, we will provide it for you (for example .PNG for the transparent background).

Q: Can I obtain the Photoshop (.PSD) source files for my project?
Yes, due to the stock image license agreement, you can obtain the .PSD source files for $25.

Q. How do I pay for my product purchases?
We use Paypal for transactions and this is what most people use.

Q. I want to make a change for the minisite / eCover that has already been done. Must I pay for it again?
No, if your request is small, like changing the background color, a new title text, or sub-title, you can send us your request by email and we'll do it for free
